Shipping and Pickup
We ship products from the UK. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product or the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages may be delayed if they are inspected by customs.
Shipping Methods: We use PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS, or other delivery services.
Shipping Cost: The shipping fee is €5.99, with free shipping for orders over €20.
Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days.
Returns and Refunds: Defective products can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Non-defective products must be returned in their original, unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns of non-defective products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
