To process a return and refund at My Store, you must first obtain an RMA number. Non-defective products may be returned for a refund, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. The product should not have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way. For defective products, we offer a replacement or full refund, and shipping costs are covered within 30 days.
